This CLE presentation will discuss practical and legal considerations for employers as they begin their reopening process. We will review employers’ obligations under the new federal sick leave law, the Families First Coronavirus Response Act. We will address safety considerations for employees returning to work. We will also take a look at possible lawsuits that may be on the horizon, and steps employers can take to protect their businesses.
