This CLE course will walk you through an inter partes proceeding before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. These proceedings have many of the same rules as federal court litigation but tend to be more informal and can be much more cost-effective for clients.

During the course, the presenter will review the typical stages of these proceedings as well as discuss possible strategies and pitfalls.
