The purpose of this CLE course is to

• 1) introduce the viewer to the origin of Tax Deeds,
• 2) to teach the viewer to distinguish between Tax Deeds and other types of deeds,
• 3) to highlight challenges to quieting title, a prerequisite to marketability, and
• 4) to present minimum requirements in undoing a Tax Deed from the point of view of a tax deed purchaser and a prior owner or prior lienholder.
