Accreditation and CLE Rules for Arkansas
The National Academy of Continuing Legal Education is an accredited CLE Provider (3446) in Arkansas, approved by the Arkansas Continuing Legal Education Board.
Arkansas attorneys must complete 12 CLE credit hours per year by June 30th, including at least 1 credit in Ethics.
The compliance cycle is from July 1st through June 30th and each member must certify compliance by July 31st each year.
Arkansas attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours with us including 1 credit of Ethics with our prerecorded programs using our Online & iOS/Android App courses.
Arkansas Attorneys may carry over 12 credits, including 1 ethics, into the next reporting period.

About This Course
Rabbinical court arbitrators charged with resolving contemporary disputes must are often faced with the challenge of applying age old Jewish law doctrines to relatively new legal and commercial concepts. This CLE course explores the substantive Jewish and secular law regarding defamation claims and intellectual property litigation, and how batei din (rabbinical courts) navigate these areas.
