Rick M. Olin, Esq.
Rick M. Olin is a Principal at GTC Law Group, where his practice focuses on transactional matters, including: M&A and technology transfer; compliance areas such as data privacy and security, and information management matters; as well as general business counseling to GTC’s technology and media clients.
Prior to joining GTC, Rick served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of several technology and media companies, including, most recently, TechTarget, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTGT) from October 2006 to November 2012, where his responsibilities included serving as legal advisor to management, providing executive and legal support for M&A, financings, international activities and other strategic relationships, as well as for transactions involving TechTarget’s online and event properties, and for managing TechTarget’s IP portfolio and corporate compliance programs.
Rick holds a B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.Ed. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Northeastern University.
Lee Rone, Esq.
As general counsel, Lee is responsible for the negotiation of all key contracts with customers, vendors, and partners. In addition, Lee is an active participant in product design and development processes and serves as an advisor to our customer success, data science, and implementation teams. Lee has extensive experience designing templates, drafting and negotiating contracts, handling data privacy issues, and developing workflows for both cloud and on-premise software companies.
Before joining IntelAgree, Lee served as one of the lead transactional lawyers for Global 500 SaaS company, SAP America, Inc. Lee holds a juris doctor degree from Whittier Law School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas A&M University.
Away from work, Lee enjoys traveling with his wife, Bebe, and spending time with his dog, Piper. He’s an avid fan of both ice hockey and sci-fi, and he also enjoys astronomy and collecting antique cameras.
