Nadia Zaidi, Esq.
Nadia was born in the United States and grew up in the U.S., the Middle East and South Asia. She attributes her passion for immigration to her time traveling and living in different parts of the world and calling different countries her “home.” As a first
generation American, the narratives surrounding migration and immigrants resonated with her from early on in her legal career. While building her professional resume, she focused on gaining expertise in the field of immigration law. With the establishment of her private practice, Nadia aims to pass on her expertise in this specialized area of law to clients like you. Individuals who want to roam and those who want to call this country home.
While Nadia is based in New York City, she can provide immigration legal support to companies, organizations and individuals around the country and the world.
Lihua Zheng, JD, PhD
Dr. Lihua Zheng, is a founding partner of Zheng & Karg LLP. His practice focuses on venture financing, corporate formation, cross-border licensing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, reverse merger, legal due diligence, patent portfolio management and procurement. With deep understandings of both technical and legal nature, he is particularly experienced in cross-border financing, patent management and transactions for life sciences companies.
Previously he was with another boutique New York law firm for two years where he was a co-founder and prior to that he was with an international law firm for more than seven years. He graduated from Fordham University School of Law with Juris Doctor and from Baylor College of Medicine with PhD in biomedical sciences. He obtained master of science and bachelor of science both from Fudan University. He is licensed in the State of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He is also a registered patent attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Zhiping (Louis) Liu, J.D., MBA
Mr. Liu focuses his practice in corporate transactions, concentrating in the formation of corporate entities, venture capital funding for start-up companies, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate governance matters. Mr. Liu has experience assisting clients in structuring and consummating over 100 corporate transactions totaling over $7 billion in value, including mergers, acquisitions, financings, restructurings and corporate reorganizations.
