Matisyahu Wolfberg, Esq.
Matisyahu Wolfberg is among the most experienced Criminal and Traffic Ticket attorneys practicing in New York and New Jersey today. With a background in both law enforcement and prosecution, Mr. Wolfberg is a skilled attorney and consummate advocate who understands the underpinnings of the Criminal and Traffic Court system. To date, Mr. Wolfberg has successfully fought over 10,000 moving violations covering the entire spectrum of the Vehicle and Traffic Law. In addition, Mr. Wolfberg has defended clients in criminal matters related to moving violations such as DUI, driving or operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or possession of a controlled substance in a motor vehicle and reckless driving, to name a few. Notably, Mr. Wolfberg has successfully argued and won numerous cases on appeal, and is widely recognized by his peers as an expert in the area of traffic violations.
