He has spent years as both a Deputy District Attorney and a San Diego Deputy City Attorney. He was trained at the Department of Justice National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina. His time as a San Diego Prosecutor helped establish him with prosecutors and Judges, who he now works with on behalf of his clients. Mark Deniz was assigned to the Domestic Violence and Family Protection unit in San Diego. While as both a Prosecutor and Defense Attorney, he has handled the range of criminal defense spectrum of basic misdemeanors to the most serious felony cases. Attorney Mark Deniz is a native of Southern California. He earned a scholarship playing college football and was awarded the honor of Academic All-American. After college, he spent a few years as a high school educator and a varsity football coach. He then followed his dreams and attended law school.

Preferring private practice and being well-armed with the first-hand experience as a San Diego Domestic Violence Prosecutor, Mr. Deniz opened his own practice focusing on criminal cases.
