Barry E. Janay, Esq.
He is an attorney practicing for 17 years with a JD and an MBA and has a growing practice in estates and trust and probate and administration law. He has also incorporated his passion for aviation into his law practice and has a growing practice area in aviation law. Finally, he has taken a lot of the skills and knowledge he obtained in marketing and has created a legal marketing platform for trust and estates lawyers which we are developing connections and customers hopefully to one day have customers in all 50 states.
Representing and counseling small to medium sized businesses in matters relating to employment and labor law, commercial collections, copyright, trademark, defamation, privacy and other media law matters, as well as complex commercial litigation and intellectual property transactions. Acting as primary outside counsel for clients in field ranging from publishing, software, retailers, consumer products, and online information businesses.

Elizabeth Brown, Esq.
Elizabeth Brown is an Associate Attorney specializing in a variety of areas including trusts and estates, guardianship, and litigation. Prior to joining The Law Office of Barry E. Janay, P.C., Elizabeth clerked for the Honorable Noah Franzblau in the Civil Division of Morris County Superior Court. Elizabeth graduated from Rutgers Law School, where she was an editor of the Rutgers University Law Review and participated in the Intellectual Property Law Clinic. She has also completed internships in corporate law and personal injury.
Andrew Zeitz
Andrew is an Associate specializing in a variety of areas including litigation, trusts and estates, and guardianship. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in the government contracts and sales department at B&H Photo and interned at the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Andrew graduated from New York Law School.
