Ivette M. Vargas
Ivette M. Vargas is an associate in the Princeton, NJ office of Hill Wallack LLP, where she is a member of the Land Use Solutions Affordable Housing and Real Estate practice groups.
Ms. Vargas concentrates her practice in the areas of zoning and land use applications and disputes, affordable housing issues, and related litigation. Ms. Vargas also assists clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Prior to joining Hill Wallack LLP, Ms. Vargas served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary C. Jacobson, A.J.S.C., in Mercer County.
Ms. Vargas earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as the Managing Articles Editor for the Rutgers Race & the Law Review. Ms. Vargas was a semi-finalist in the Hunter Moot Court oral argument competition and was named winner of the “Best Brief” award in the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocacy course. Ms. Vargas was also awarded the Nicholas and Kathleen Talvacchia Land Use and Real Estate Development Award, presented to a graduating student who has demonstrated excellence in the study of land use law.
During law school, she interned for the Honorable Steven C. Mannion, U.S.M.J., and the Honorable Jack M. Sabatino, P.J.A.D. She earned her B.A. in Sociology from Temple University with a minor in Latin American Studies. Ms. Vargas is admitted to practice law in New Jersey. She is fluent in Spanish
Grant C. Wright, Esq.
Grant C. Wright is a senior litigator with the General Litigation group at Con Edison. He is based out of the company’s Manhattan office.
Mr. Wright earned an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Prior to that, he earned his J.D. from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law. He earned his B.S. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
