Lecturer Bio

Rebecca Greenberg, Esq.

Rebecca Greenberg is a partner of The Greenberg Law Firm, LLP and a leading cannabis law attorney, with a specialization in civil litigation and insurance liability. She advises clients on minimizing liability exposure in the wild west of the cannabis industry and is an expert in the areas of New York compliance and professional liability, particularity in the area of medical cannabis. Rebecca currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Washington Heights Corner Project and is an active member of the New York Cannabis Bar Association. She has written and lectured on the constitutionality of Internal Revenue Code 280E, medical malpractice liability exposure for recommending cannabis in New York State and implementing medical cannabis in primary health care. She received her Juris Doctor from Pace Law School, during which she served as a judicial intern at the New York State Appellate Division, First Department.
