Jennifer K. Gjesvold, Esq.
Lawyer Jennifer K. Gjesvold, Esq. founded her firm in 2011, after several years of nationally recognized litigation experience both at the Federal and State level. When she founded her firm, she brought with her the devotion to provide exceptional ethical representation to her clients whether big or small, known or unknown, rich or poor. She knows how to obtain results for her clients and carefully screens the cases she accepts to ensure she can provide quality, personalized legal representation.
Jennifer devotes a large portion of her practice to litigating cases – throughout the years and across the nation she has successfully handled high profile federal and state court litigation whether by consulting, assisting or taking charge as lead counsel.
As a retired professional athlete she brings a unique skill set to the courtroom and she is known for her nationally trained litigation style and trial experience, both past and present, and her competency in the law. She often times partners with other law firms, both large and small, to provide pre-trial litigation strategy consulting, as well as trial and jury consulting in hotly contested and multi-million dollar civil cases and some high profile criminal cases where the stakes are high and the parties are well-known Corporations, CEO’s, Corporate Officers, Professionals, Recognized Community Members, Celebrities or Professional Athletes. In addition, she is often times asked to provide ongoing legal consulting and contract drafting review services to corporations and law firms on an international, national and statewide level.
Legal Experience And Community Involvement:
Jennifer can handle cases from the start through trial and any necessary appeals. She is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
She is an active member of the American Bar Association, The Federal Bar Association of the 5th Circuit, the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Dallas County Bar Association and she has been asked and appointed to sit on a variety to committees for these associations.
In addition to practicing law from her Hurst office, across the State and nationwide, attorney Jennifer K. Gjesvold gives back to the community by volunteering her legal services with the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program and Legal Aid of Northwest Texas. She maintains her own pro bono docket through her firm to support those people who are turned away by other pro bono agencies. She is also an active member in various national and statewide volunteer mock trial programs for teens and law school students.

As a fourth-generation Texas lawyer, Murray W. Camp appreciates the immense responsibility that comes with representing clients in state and federal courts. He balances an aggressive approach with finely tuned negotiation skills to maximize the chance of client success. With a wealth of trial experience, he has achieved positive results in multimillion-dollar disputes, jury trials, hearings, and arbitrations.
Recognized as having attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement by being chosen for inclusion in the 2020 Texas Super Lawyers list, Murray has handled business disputes, arbitrations, and trials for over a quarter of a century, including suits involving:

Personal
Prior to his law career, Murray was a contemporary art dealer, independent curator, and assistant professor of Art History at St. Edwards’s University, teaching courses on Modernism and Dada/Surrealism.
Murray’s many interests include coral reef biology and reef aquarium husbandry. As a nationally recognized expert, he has spoken at numerous reef conferences around the country, been published multiple times in CORAL Magazine, and served as the general counsel to the Marine Aquarium Societies of North America.
He is also an amateur astronomer and an avid bass fisherman, having competed in many fishing tournaments throughout the state of Texas.
As the son of a WWII U.S. Navy veteran and the brother of a disabled Navy SEAL, Murray is a proud supporter of the U.S. military and veteran recovery. He volunteers with Heroes on the Water, a non-profit that provides veterans and first responders rehabilitative opportunities through kayak fishing.
In addition to Heroes on the Water, Murray volunteers his time in assisting other organizations such as the Jesuit Preparatory School of Dallas and the Texas Astronomical Society.
