Andrew Thompson is an accomplished, innovative attorney and advisor to business owners, investors, family owned businesses, individuals, legislative bodies, nonprofit or advocacy organizations and startup companies providing M&A services, handling complex litigation, working on elections and civil rights matters and providing fundraising and other advisory services.
Mr. Thompson offers the documentation of transactions, skilled negotiations, deal intermediary services on business sales and acquisitions for closely held and middle market deals in health care, manufacturing, technology, business services, real estate investment and real estate development projects.
Drew is a highly experienced courtroom litigator handling contract and commercial disputes, probate matters and all phases of complex civil litigation.

Alvin is a software engineer, leader, and technology enthusiast. From developing web and mobile applications to deep learning and blockchain research, he strives to always stay on the cutting edge of technology. He has 5 years of experience wearing many hats as a full-stack software engineer at various early stage startups in Silicon Valley in California. In those years, Alvin also undertook the moonlight journey of applying machine learning to quantitative finance. Armed with countless hours of quant finance study and experimentation, alongside the ability to deploy full-stack applications from scratch, Alvin confidently forayed into solving real world problems with the power of natural language processing.
Alvin strives to maintain full ownership and responsibility over the products and features that he ships. He has a passion for training and mentoring junior engineers and always seeks to solve problems at the root - never afraid to dive deeper into a topic and ask insightful questions. He has managed software engineers, architected systems and products, and made significant contributions to the code of every project he has worked on.
Alvin drives the engineering process of the company and makes sure the needs of all key stakeholders are met. In his free time, he enjoys experimenting with and applying deep learning technologies to difficult problems as well as playing chess, cooking, and composing music.
