The progressive aging of the US population has created a dramatic rise in those eligible for Medicaid, but navigating the system, understanding eligibility, requirements and coverage can be overwhelming even for the well-versed.

This CLE course will review all the basics of Medicaid eligibility, particularly with regards to home care and nursing homes. The course will chart the relevant Medicaid penalty rules, home equity limitation and protection options, irrevocable asset protection and power of attorney laws.
