Joshua A. Benjamin, Esq.
Joshua Benjamin is the Legal Director of Coptic Orphans, the largest nonprofit organization in Egypt, with additional offices in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. In this role, he oversees the organization’s global legal affairs, ensuring compliance with complex international regulations and safeguarding its mission to empower fatherless children through education, dignity, and opportunity.
Before joining Coptic Orphans, Joshua successfully ran his own law firm for five years, where he provided legal counsel on a range of matters and honed his expertise in litigation, immigration law, governance, risk management, and corporate operations. He now applies this experience to navigate the legal and regulatory challenges faced by international NGOs, helping to protect Coptic Orphans’ ability to serve vulnerable communities.
