Adam Diament, Esq.
Adam Diament is a partner at the law firm Nolan Heimann, located in Los Angeles, California. A registered patent attorney and member of the California Bar since 2008, he specializes in patent and trademark prosecution. His expertise spans securing intellectual property rights for a wide range of inventions—from simple dog leashes to highly complex surgical devices. In addition to his legal work, Adam is the host of the popular podcast "Patenting for Inventors", where he educates inventors on navigating the intricacies of the patenting process.
He holds a law degree from the University of San Diego, a Ph.D. in genetics from the University of California, Davis, and a B.A. in molecular and cell biology, and religions studies from the University of California, Berkeley. His diverse experience in science, technology, religion, and law, gives him a unique perspective on the intersection of these seemingly disparate disciplines.
Prior to his legal career, he worked as a research scientist, contributing to studies on genetics, obesity, metabolic disorders, and kidney disease. Adam formerly taught swing dancing and performed with a ballroom dance troupe.
