Vincent J. Gallo, Esq,
Mr Vincent J. Gallo is an Attorney engaged in the practice of Law in New York and New Jersey since 1983, concentrating in the areas of Real Estate Law, Real Estate Development, New Construction, Mortgage Lending and Title Insurance Law. He graduated from St John’s University with a Bachelor of Science (“Dean’s List”), double majoring in Accounting and Political Science. In addition, he received his Juris Doctorate with honors (“Cum Laude”) from Pepperdine University School of Law. He was further awarded a Master of Laws (“LL.M.”) in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Mr Gallo has lectured regularly to the New York State Bar Association, the Queens County Bar Association, the Richmond County Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association, the New York City Arbitrators Association, the Schenectady County Bar Association, the Housing Court Judges of the Civil Court: City of New York, St John’s University School of Law, Continuing Legal Education Program on Real Estate Law, as both the Chairman and Moderator, the Title and Transfer Committee of the New York State Bar Association and the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR).
Further, he is called upon regularly to testify in Court as an expert on matters involving Real Estate Law, Title Insurance Law, and New Construction Law. He is published regularly on matters involving Real Estate Law in the Richmond County Bar Journal, among other publications. Mr Gallo serves as Chairman of the Richmond County Bar Association: Real Estate Committee, he further serves as the Liaison for the Richmond County Bar Association to the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR). Mr. Gallo served as Chairman of the University of Pennsylvania Parents Council. Finally, Mr Gallo served on the Board of Directors of the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR).
Ronald M. Cerrachio
RONALD M. CERRACHIO is the Chief Clerk of the Surrogate's Court of Richmond County, and has held this position for 25 years.
He's been a member of the NY State Court System now for 40 years, serving as a Court Officer, Court Clerk, and now Chief Clerk. As Chief Clerk, he works with the Surrogate, to manage all Court staff, policies, and procedures, while interacting with the Office of Court Administration on a regular basis.
In 2015, Ron was appointed to serve on the Commission on Statewide Attorney Discipline by the Honorable Jonathan Lippman, Chief Judge of the State of New York. Most recently, he has been appointed to two Statewide Committees by the Chief Administrative Judge:
- The Second Special Commission on Fiduciary Appointments, and
- The Surrogate's Court Advisory Committee on E-Filing.
Since 2009, Ron has served as the Senior Member of the Grievance Committee for the Second, Eleventh and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, and was originally appointed by the Honorable A. Gail Prudenti, Chief Administrative Judge, State of New York.
Ron was a two time past President of the New York State Surrogate's Court Chief Clerks Association and currently, he currently holds the title, Executive Committee Member. In 1997, he ranked # 1 in New York State in the highest competitive court clerk=s exam specializing in Surrogate's Court Practice given by the Office of Court Administration.
He has lectured before community organizations, the Tribune Society, the Bay Ridge Lawyer's Association, the New York State Surrogate's Association, and the Richmond County Bar Association on the subject of Wills and Estates. He has served on the Board of Directors of Kiwanis International, is Campaign Manager of the New York State Employees Federated Appeal, and is a member of the Richmond County Surrogate's Court Committee, and the Staten Island Trial Lawyers Association.
Ron is a graduate Magna Cum Laude from Pace University Graduate School of Business where he earned a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance. He is a member of Delta Mu Delta, the National Honor Society in Business Administration and Omicron Delta Epsilon, the International Honor Society in Economics. He also received his Bachelor's Degree from Pace University in the field of Public Accounting.
Ron is a proud Staten Islander and lives in Great Kills with his wife Connie.
