This CLE program addresses a common concern: people commonly put off or do not seriously consider necessary documents for universal eventuality: death, incapacity, or providing for others who will have to step in. This one-hour course will cover basic documents and suggested text, how and when they come into play, and often overlooked issues that should be addressed.

Three basic documents will be reviewed: Will, Power of Attorney, and Advance Directive.
