About This Course
Over the last two decades, Marijuana and Hemp have been rebranded. Both have emerged as profitable industries in states that have fostered a conducive regulatory environments and investors have gravitated with cash in their pockets. As more states work towards marijuana legalization for either medical or retail purposes, many wonder when federal legalization will follow, if it does at all. Many states are also working to implement compliant hemp production programs under the USDA’s Domestic Hemp Production Program.
With all of these changes swarming around, it’s quite easy to find yourself feeling confused or unsure. Join Hoban Law Group’s Managing Attorney, Garrett Graff, as he discusses how the collective cannabis industry continues to evolve and grow as a commercial sector, and the potential changes that may be on the horizon.
