Georgia attorneys are required to take 12 credit hours every year including 1 credit hour of Ethics and 1 credit hour of Professionalism.
Georgia attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours with us including 1 credit hour of Ethics and 1 credit hour of Professionalism using our DVDs, Audio CDs, USB Stick, Online, and iOS/Android App courses.
Georgia attorneys must complete their continuing legal education requirements by December 31st every year. Georgia attorneys must return their annual report to the Commission by January 31st each year.
Georgia attorneys are permitted to carryover a maximum of 12 credits, including 2 ethics credits, 2 professionalism credits, and 3 trial credits, to the next reporting period.

About This Course
This CLE course is designed for mediation advocates and third-party neutrals to fully inform and assist in understanding and working with the ethical rules that apply in mediation.
A review of the Model Standards promulgated jointly and recommended by the ABA (American Bar Association), the AAA (American Arbitration Association), and the ACR (Association for Conflict Resolution) along with an example of how this works in a state which has adopted the model standards, in addition to related rules governing mediation, will be used in conjunction with demonstrative hypotheticals for a better understanding of how these apply and work together.
