Georgia attorneys are required to take 12 credit hours every year including 1 credit hour of Ethics and 1 credit hour of Professionalism.
Georgia attorneys can earn all 12 CLE credit hours with us including 1 credit hour of Ethics and 1 credit hour of Professionalism using our DVDs, Audio CDs, USB Stick, Online, and iOS/Android App courses.
Georgia attorneys must complete their continuing legal education requirements by December 31st every year. Georgia attorneys must return their annual report to the Commission by January 31st each year.
Georgia attorneys are permitted to carryover a maximum of 12 credits, including 2 ethics credits, 2 professionalism credits, and 3 trial credits, to the next reporting period.

About This Course
This CLE course will cover the common problems associated with an undocumented immigrant applying for a Tourist Visa Driver’s License (TVDL) in the State of Illinois. It will discuss not only the procedure a person has to go through to obtain a TVDL but some of the problems a client may encounter when applying. It will indicate what those problems may be and the best way to handle them if they do arise. The purpose of this course is to help you effectively and efficiently guide your client through the process while being able to identify the problems that may arise and how to handle them.
