This CLE course, presented from the perspective of a criminal defense attorney, focuses on appeals to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeal.

The course takes a practical approach to approving an attorney’s chance of success by addressing how issues are framed, the use of key phrases, statements of facts and procedural history as well as other style elements.

The course will also address the importance of oral arguments and how to address questions, both valid and not, presented by a panel.
