Renee Henderson, Esq.
Renee Henderson is an attorney with ten years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters. She was an associate in the Philadelphia office of a large defense firm where she worked on a number of single-plaintiff, class action and coordinated cases for a variety of clients, including pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, manufacturers of industrial products, insurance companies and financial institutions. Ms. Henderson also has extensive experience representing plaintiffs, having worked for a New York based plaintiffs firm where her practice focused on drug and medical device litigation. As a plaintiff's attorney, Ms. Henderson also worked with the non-profit corporation, Trial Lawyers Care, Inc. She secured a million dollar settlement from the Victim Compensation Funds for a New York City Fire Department officer injured in the 9/11 tragedy.
Additionally, Ms. Henderson clerked for the Honorable Marina Corodemus during the Judge's tenure as New Jersey’s sole Mass Tort Judge. Ms. Henderson is currently working with Judge Corodemus as an Assistant Allocation Master of Aggregate Settlements and also assists Judge Corodemus on Special Master Mass Tort Projects, including the Passaic River Natural Resource Damage case.

For 16 years; managed the firm's Sulzer Hip, Vioxx, Bextra and Celebrex litigations; currently in charge of the general intake and settlement departments for W&L's Drug and Medical Device unit.
