Further, Mr. Margolis has often counseled major law firms, information technology companies, foreign investors and multi-national corporations with respect to Immigration and Consular Law. He has shared his expertise in these two areas by frequently lecturing before bar and trade groups as well as authoring publishing cutting edge articles. Margolis has received the "Av" (highest) rating as to professional skills from the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

Drawing upon experience gained at the New York firms of Whitman & Ransom and Marshall, Bratter, Mr. Margolis opened his own law firm in mid-town Manhattan on February 1, 1982.
