Judd Lofchie, LLM
Judd Lofchie is an attorney with Judd Lofchie, LLM, P.C. in Aurora, IL. Erica Crohn Minchella, Esq.
Erica Minchella has been practicing law for over 30 years, concentrating in foreclosure defense and bankruptcy. She formed Minchella & Associates in 1999. She is the founder and President of the Association of Foreclosure Defense and serves as the Director of the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association, a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Real Estate Section Council and President of the Skokie Chamber of Commerce. She has taught courses in bankruptcy and real estate law for the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Real Estate Institute as well as other organizations.
A leader in North Shore real estate, Erica is also an invested member of the community. Her memberships include Founder and President of the Association of Foreclosure Defense Attorneys, Director of the North Suburban Bar Association, a Member of North Shore Law, President of the Skokie Chamber of Commerce, and Past President of Rotary Club of Chicago Far North.

Stephen T. Saporta, Esq.
Established in 1992, Saporta Law Offices has represented clients in a wide variety of practice areas in both state and federal court. Its principal founder, Stephen T. Saporta, was admitted to practice law in the state of Illinois in 1987 and has been a member in good standing ever since. A member of the federal trial bar, Mr. Saporta earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Northwestern University (1983), his Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University where he distinguished himself as an articles editor for the Valparaiso University Law Review (1986), as well as a Master of Laws Degree in intellectual property from John Marshall Law School (2001), and became a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Virginia, in September of 2000.
Since 2009, Saporta Law Offices has concentrated its efforts defending homeowners facing residential mortgage foreclosure. Mr. Saporta has been on the board of the Association of Foreclosure Defense Attorneys as the Will County Member at Large since 2010. Mr. Saporta has successfully defended scores of homeowners in the Circuit Courts of Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, LaSalle and Will Counties. In addition, Mr. Saporta has petitioned the Illinois
