We just passed the one year mark in dealing with the difficulties brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s obvious that every area of the law has been hit hard. However, the law is not static and it is constantly moving forward and clearly, one of the areas under great scrutiny is housing and landlord-tenant law. Regardless of what side of the coin you are on (landlord or tenant, commercial or residential), the ground is literally shifting under our feet. The question is which way is it shifting and how do we navigate through it?

In this course, we will examine the impediments facing practitioners as we prepare to move forward with trials as well as partially opening the courts. Additionally, many of the moratoriums which are in place are set to expire and we will explore how to move forward with cases as landlords have been particularly hard hit with procedural roadblocks the likes of which have never been seen before. Presented by Kenneth W. Biedzynski, Esq., this course will canvas and discuss all of the above topics and more.

In addition to discussing the above concepts practitioner forms will also be presented and discussed.
