This CLE course is designed to introduce and describe, in detail, how to practice family law in New Jersey. It is an absolute necessity for newly admitted attorneys or lawyers who want to learn how to practice family law and what to expect. The course describes the structure, process and practice tips for abuse and neglect cases, domestic violence, non-dissolution, child support and divorces. The course provides strategies to successfully represent clients in all aspects of family law and includes an explanation of all of the necessary forms to successfully practice family law.
