This CLE course will offer a comprehensive review of the practice of Family Law in NJ. The course will cover everything from attorney/client relationship and retainers to ethics, options for mediation and New Jersey Court Rules Section 5 and Statues 2A:34-1 et. seq. The course will thoroughly explain the various divorce actions, discovery and additional issues such as child custody. The course will conclude with a discussion of post-judgment changes, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements and the variables inherent in civil unions and unmarried cohabitants.
