This two part seminar will cover civil litigation in the New Jersey courts, as well as how to handle a case in the Municipal Courts of New Jersey.

The second part of the seminar will cover the jurisdiction of the Municipal Courts, types of cases heard in the Municipal Courts, common offenses heard in the Municipal Courts, discovery, plea bargaining, trial and practical tips for handling cases in these courts.
