James Wesley Bearden, Esq.
Wes Bearden is a licensed attorney and investigator. He is currently the CEO and Chairman for Bearden Investigative Agency, Inc., https://beardeninvestigations.com/, a 50 year old private investigative agency based in Dallas, Texas with offices in New York, Houston and New Orleans. Mr. Bearden is the current President of the National Council of Investigative and Security Services, Inc., a non-profit advocacy group representing the interests of investigative and security agencies throughout the US. Wes also sits on the board of the World Association of Detectives, Inc. one of the oldest and largest international private investigative associations. Mr. Bearden previously served as General Counsel to the Texas Association of Licensed Investigators, Inc. for over 10 years.
Wes is also a licensed attorney in Texas, New York, Louisiana and the District of Columbia. He is a graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and managing partner of JW Bearden & Associates, PLLC. His practice is limited to overseeing investigations and discovery in developing facts in the context of criminal and civil litigation for a wide variety of matters. He is an active member of the Dallas and New Orleans Bar Association, a past member of the Eldon B. Mahon Inn of Courts and a member of the Federal Bar Association.
