Franklin S. Bonem Esq.
Mr. Bonem has many years' experience in virtually all matrimonial law and other domestic relations areas of practice. He advises clients on premarital, marital and other agreements covering the distribution of marital and separate property. He handles such related issues as spousal maintenance, child support and child custody and visitation. He is a trial and appellate litigator. He was the attorney in a leading case in the New York appellate courts on a parent's financial responsibility for the college education of his or her children, and a leading case on the valuation and distribution of professional licenses.
Mr. Bonem graduated cum laude from Columbia College and cum laude from New York University Law School, where he was a Root-Tilden Scholar and an Arthur Garfield Hays Civil Liberties Fellow. He was a member of the Supreme Court Committee of the New York County Lawyers' Association and is a member of its Matrimonial Law Section, and of the Family Law Section of the New York State Bar Association. He is a former member of the New York City Bar's Committee on Civil Rights. More recently he served three terms as a member of its Committee on Matrimonial Law and five years as a member of its Committee on Women in the Courts.
Briana Denney, Esq.
Prior to entering private practice, Briana Denney was a court attorney for a matrimonial judge in New York County. She served as co-chair of the Matrimonial Law Section of the New York County Lawyers Association from 2011 to 2014 and was co-chair of the New York Women's Bar Association Matrimonial and Family Law Committee from 2009 to 2011.
