Catherine L. Haight, Esq.
Catherine L. Haight is the founding member of Haight Law Group, PC in Marina del Rey, California. She has been practicing immigration law for over 30 years, specializing in business, entertainment, and sports related cases. Ms. Haight founded the immigration law platform www.Lista.io which provides case processes to help immigration lawyers effectively and efficiently handle their cases.
She was an elected Director of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Board of Governors and has served on many national immigration lawyer committees that liaise closely with government agencies. Ms. Haight has authored numerous published articles on such subjects as O and P visas, PERM, H 1B visas, L-1 visas, and the immigration consequences of business mergers and acquisitions.
She has been the invited speaker at numerous conferences and seminars on such subjects as sports and entertainment visas, law firm management, and legal ethics and has been interviewed on national tv and radio news shows about immigration issues for employers.
