This CLE course is intended to instruct newer attorneys on the proper preparation of a witness called to testify as a client representative pursuant to F.R.C.P. 30(B)(6).

Attendees will be instructed on the proper purpose of a deposition, preparation of witness testimony, and document review in preparation for a deposition. Participants will also be instructed on biochemical stress reactions to warn deponents of prior to depositions.
