Evan M. Oshan graduated Cum Laude from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He subsequently graduated from the University of California Hastings College of The Law with his Juris Doctorate Degree where he excelled in trial advocacy.
Oshan served as an international law intern at the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Geneva, Switzerland, as well as an Intern in Washington D.C. for a United States Senator.
Additionally, Oshan traveled throughout the United States as a member of Vice President Gore's National Advance Team.
In 1995 Oshan served as a site acquisition specialist travelled extensively securing telecommunication contracts for a variety of telecom companies including Teligent, Urban Media, and American Towers Corporation.
In 2000, Oshan & Associates, P.C. was formed with the goal of providing aggressive, diligent, and honest legal representation. Today Mr. Oshan is a Partner leading the commercial and personal injury litigation at the Manhattan office of YK Law, LLP.
