A survey of the interplay between the internet and our legal system and how it affects traditionally marginalized communities. We will focus on how tech and bias affect students, workers, and citizens alike. We will discuss the legal landscape as it has been, how new legislation has attempted to address many issues, and whether, how and if the law should intervene going forward to protect the rights of all Americans to Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.
