To be an effective Appellate Advocate, Attorneys must not only be able to navigate the changing rules of the appellate courts, but must also think strategically and communicate persuasively.

This CLE course will reframe the role of the Appellate Advocate as a Partner to handling Attorneys. This presentation will provide strategies for evaluating potential appeals, writing appeals and arguing before the Appellate courts.
