Andrew M. Lamkin, Esq.
Andrew Lamkin is principal in the law firm of Andrew M. Lamkin, P.C., where he focuses his practice in the areas of elder law, estate planning and special needs planning, including Wills and Trusts, Medicaid planning, estate administration and residential real estate transactions. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
Andrew is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association. Andrew is also a member of the Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the Nassau County Bar Association and NY State Bar Association. Mr. Lamkin is a Certified Court Evaluator and frequently authors articles and conducts seminars for non-profit and civic organizations in the areas of asset protection, estate tax liability, probate, advanced directives, Veterans benefits and special needs planning.
Andrew received his J.D. from Widener School of Law in 2006 and his B.A. in Political Science and History from Syracuse University inAndrew M. Lamkin P.C. 1996. Andrew is also an active member of the Plainview Old Bethpage Chamber of Commerce for which he is a member of the Executive Board and serves as Chairman of the Membership Committee. Andrew is also a member of the Senior Umbrella Network of Nassau County (SUNN) and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). Andrew is also on the Advisory Board for the Plainview Old Bethpage Neighborhood NORC and the Eden II and Genesis Programs for Children and Adults with Autism in New York.
Andrew and his wife have a daughter and son and reside in Plainview, NY.
