This CLE course will address the art of jury selection. It will show how to get the jury to share important information as well as how to pick the right juror for the case you are trying.

The following Jury Selection topics will be discussed

• Who is eligible to serve as a juror
• Questions that will yield insightful facts to aid in the decision making process
• How to bond with the jury; how to get them to open up, helping make an educated decision about who to keep/strike
• How to utilize questionnaires in high stakes cases and what questions to include on the questionnaire and why they may yield more truthful answers
