The increased focus on workplace discrimination, bias and harassment has raised awareness and management of these issues tremendously. But what happens when the behavior stays just above the threshold of legal acceptability? This CLE course will review all the ways, big and small, that prejudicial attitudes or implicit bias may adversely impact the legal profession, particularly for vulnerable employees. The course will explore the legal, sociological, psychological and organizational aspects of the attitudes and behaviors that may impact workers, and provide the tools to gauge the situation and provide strategies to transform their corporate environment.
