This CLE lecture "CANCELLATION of removal for certain Legal permanent residents" (Green Card Holders) focuses on a defense approach to dealing with certain Legal Permanent residents who are facing deportation due to a criminal violation of the terms of their status. This course will also focus on some of the root reasons why a permanent resident would be facing removal proceedings as well as the need to become a United States Citizen We will examine the necessary requirements and tips on how to successfully represent the client starting from the initial interview stage, case preparation straight through to trial.
