You will learn innovative information techniques, what documents (in a prioritized fashion) are most useful in crafting questions, how to make a complete battle plan to goal-directed questioning, how to word questions, how to utilize exhibits, pleadings, discovery responses, exhibits, and other documents, video/audio, etc. in depositions, anticipating and overcoming objections, among many other techniques.

You will learn about questioning techniques, including such things as open-ended, close-ended, exhaustion techniques, warm and cold questions, conversational and other styles/forms. We will also discuss fact v. expert witness depositions and differences and strategies attendant to each of them. We will also address how to prepare your own witnesses, and what mistake lawyers always make, should never make and what always works in depositions.
