DNA labs are increasingly turning to sophisticated computer programs to unravel increasingly complex DNA mixtures. This CLE program will explain probabilistic genotyping and their applications. The course will help you understand how probabilistic genotyping systems work, how they may be strategically utilized as well as the limitations of these programs. The course will also present the legal challenges that could be made to them.
